Theory: If community-based organizations (CBOs) can meet kids where they are, inside schools and at court, they will be able to connect them with resources more efficiently and effectively

Create a training module that guides CBOs through how to operate inside the courts and work with city staff. Create a parallel program for how city staff can best work with CBOs

How to Measure Success

Create a training module that guides CBOs through how to think about measuring the success of their programs and how to take advantage of technology donations to do so.
