2025-26 Priorities
Identify community-driven youth leadership opportunities and connect them with local school districts and city agencies so that students may earn credit towards graduation and compensation for their efforts while increasing their impact.
Design and deliver a community partner certification program that instructs CBOs on how to operate inside a school building and the court system, how to set appropriate success metrics, how to design internship programs, and how to gain access to data capture systems for progress monitoring & evaluation
Develop a unified case management system that can accept referrals from school and city staff, allows CBOs to capture their interactions with youth in alignment with their success measurement strategy, and provides other valuable technology tools to enhance member impact
In partnership with Apex Leadership, run school-level, student-led fundraising events that require no up front cost for schools, little staff time, and are great for school culture and attendance.
