Leadership

Intention

The community should lead work that focuses on preventing youth violence and promoting youth and family resilience because the community is closest to understanding the challenges and can provide leadership consistency. With this in mind, while the DRC reserves one leadership seat for a representative from the school district, and another for a representative from the city, the remaining seats on the leadership team are reserved for community leaders who represent the demographics of those we serve. Those who wish to play a leadership role in the coalition are encouraged to contact us at leadership@denverresilience.org
